Project Introduction

Pegatron is a leading global supply partner, and thus its Hai Phong factory demands extremely strict electrical infrastructure standards. Manh Cuong assumed the role of constructing the power distribution system, ensuring continuous energy for sophisticated electronic component production lines, where even a minor electrical fault could result in significant economic losses.

System Role and Function

The electrical system is designed to safely manage and distribute massive power capacity:

  • Receiving power from the national grid and stepping down through a 12,000KVA substation.
  • Distributing power to each production workshop area and administrative offices.
  • Protecting the system from overload, short circuit, and voltage drop incidents.

Detailed Construction Items

Key items successfully completed and handed over by Manh Cuong:

  • Installation of 22/0.4KV transformer substation with a total capacity of 12,000KVA.
  • Supply and installation of 22KV medium voltage panel system (RMU).
  • Installation of MSB main low voltage panels and DB distribution systems factory-wide.
  • Construction of 110V DC power panel system for relay control and protection.

Advanced Technical Solutions

We utilize intelligent monitoring solutions for the medium voltage panel system, combined with high-reliability switching devices from international brands. The entire medium voltage cable connection system is performed by a team of highly certified technicians, ensuring absolute insulation.

Standardized Execution Process

5-stage deployment process:

  • Stage 1: Site survey and technical design approval.
  • Stage 2: Fabrication of electrical panel enclosures according to standard modules.
  • Stage 3: On-site equipment installation and power cable pulling.
  • Stage 4: High-voltage testing, insulation resistance measurement, and inter-locking tests.
  • Stage 5: Power-on acceptance and handover of operational manuals.
