To ensure uninterrupted production, LongTech Precision trusted Manh Cuong to perform periodic maintenance for key substations. The project included a full inspection from high-voltage sections to low-voltage distribution, helping to detect potential risks early.

• Extending the life of transformers and switching equipment.

• Testing technical indices of transformers (Insulation resistance, winding resistance).
• Vacuum oil filtration to remove moisture and impurities.
• Inspecting, cleaning, and switching tests for VCB, ACB, and LBS units.
• Measuring grounding resistance for lightning protection and electrical safety.

Advanced Technical Solutions

Manh Cuong utilized specialized measuring equipment such as high-voltage testers and 3-phase relay test sets. We applied dry cleaning with clean compressed air and specialized insulation cleaning solutions, ensuring absolute safety for sensitive surfaces.

Substation maintenance stages:
