Project Introduction
The 115KV substation installation for Formosa Nhon Trach is one of the most important milestones for Manh Cuong ICT. With extremely strict technical requirements regarding safety and precision of the high-voltage transmission system, the project demanded a highly specialized engineering team and modern testing equipment.

The 115KV/22KV substation acts as the primary energy gateway for the entire manufacturing complex:
- Receiving 115KV high-voltage power from the national grid.
- Stepping down and distributing stable 22KV power to member factories.

- Installation of 115KV - 50MVA power transformer.
- Stepping down and distributing stable 22KV power to member factories.
- Installation of control systems, substation protection, and SCADA connection to the dispatch center.
- Construction of substation grounding and direct lightning protection systems.
Advanced Technical Solutions
We applied strict quality control processes for high-voltage connections, using infrared thermal imaging to check for heat development after energizing. The protection relay system was configured with multiple layers (Overcurrent, Distance, Differential) to ensure fault isolation within milliseconds.
Standardized Execution Process
115KV project implementation timeline:
- Stage 1: Developing construction plans and special safety measures for high-voltage works.
- Stage 2: Foundation construction, installation of steel structures, and outdoor switchgear.
- Stage 3: Installation of the main transformer and cooling system.
